What’s happening here?

Hi! I hope you’re finding some interesting things to make you excited about what’s happening in healthcare and health tech today. I’ve been working with and thinking about how I can help make the world a bit better for most of my career, and this is where I get a chance to talk about that journey and those ideas.

About me

I’m a farm boy at heart, raised on a farm/ranch in South Dakota, spent Saturday nights in our town of 1,000 and graduated in a high school class of 22 students. Ever since I got my first IBM clone green screen PC and taught myself GW-BASIC from the paper manual that came with it, I’ve been hooked on tech.

You can jump over to LinkedIn if you’re interested in the details of my journey, but in short, I’ve always been a data guy, and most of this time in healthcare. I’ve worked on healthcare tech in the US, the UK, Canada, and spend at least some of my time working with HL7 International on the global picture.
